These Terms of Business (“Terms”) govern the relationship between C Buyer Ltd Trading as CBV Datanet, here after known as CBV Datanet (“we,” “us,” “our”) and our clients (“you,” “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Services
We provide audio-visual (AV) integration, structured cabling, electrical services, and WiFi installation for residential and light commercial projects. All services will be performed in accordance with the specifications and timeline agreed upon in the project proposal.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be detailed in the project proposal. Typically, a 80 % deposit is required upon acceptance, with subsequent payments due at specified milestones.
- Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date will incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month until paid in full. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are overdue.
- Ownership of Goods: All goods and equipment supplied by us remain the property of CBV Datanet until full payment has been received. If payment is not made in accordance with agreed terms, we reserve the right to reclaim the goods.
4. Ownership of Goods
- Title Retention: Ownership of all goods supplied remains with CBV Datanet until full payment has been received. This includes any products installed as part of our services.
- Reclamation of Goods: In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to enter your premises and reclaim any goods supplied. You agree to grant access for this purpose.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
